Over the past two years Isabelle has suffered from night terrors. Night terrors usually occur within the first  2-3 hours of sleep when children are coming out of their deepest sleeping phase. Night terrors can last for as little as 2-3 minutes to about 20 minutes. They are common in children around 3-7 years old but can start from as young as 18 months.

Baking – Why don’t you see what you can find in the cupboards and bake some treats. We had fun making these quick and easy chocolate cupcakes or you can take a look at some other recipes here.

Enjoy a movie – Sometimes it’s nice just to snuggle up and watch a movie together. Maybe dim the lights, make you own popcorn, have a few treats and pretend your at the cinema.

Do you walk to school?

We are very lucky we can walk to school, as we are only live a short distance away. Our walks are always turned into little adventures and this past week has been very interesting. We have been taking part in a fun challenge, #KiaWalkToSchool 

Looking at the world through children’s eyes.

Date Nights for Parents

When becoming a parent it is hard finding the time of day to spend some time together, especially when you may be feeling exhausted but it is so important to spend some quality time as a couple.
